What’s New in Prosper: 2025 Product Release Highlights
At Prosper, we’re always listening to our customers and pushing ourselves to innovate. The first half of 2025 has been no exception — our team has been hard at work building enhancements that make performance management, engagement, and people analytics simpler, smarter, and more impactful.
Here’s a look at the biggest updates we’ve delivered so far this year.
Performance Review Enhancements
We know managers and employees want less admin and more time to focus on meaningful work. That’s why we’ve introduced:
-
Customisable Review Cycles
HR Managers can now create and launch review cycles at scale, removing manual overhead and making the review process faster and smoother, while tracking progress. -
Streamlined Performance Review Workflow
Reviews are now easier to set up and complete with a simplified workflow that saves time without sacrificing depth. -
MS Outlook & Google Calendar Integration
Bring reviews into the flow of work with calendar syncing — reminders and scheduling are now seamless across the tools your teams already use. -
Deeper Filters for Reporting Visibility
Managers and HR teams now have access to more robust filtering options, giving greater insight into performance trends and making it easier track completion rates and spot opportunities for growth. -
Assessments & Calibration Exports
Take performance conversations to the next level with assessments functionality and export tools, enabling consistent Leadership calibration and deeper insights into employee development.
Prosper Help Centre & AI (Meet Suzi)
We’re making support smarter and faster. Our brand-new Prosper Help Centre puts resources at your fingertips, while Suzi, our AI-powered support assistant, delivers instant answers to common questions so you can get back to focusing on your people.
People & Skills Finder (P&SF)
You asked, we listened. The “Manager” Filter in People & Skills Finder makes it easier than ever to drill into your data and understand team structures, performance, and skills at the manager level.
New Integrations and Partnerships
- Single Sign On – Prosper now offers Single Sign On (SSO) capability to our client through Microsoft Azure Cloud. Clients with this capability internally will be able to benefit from this solution for no additional charge.
- Microsoft Azure – Customers are now able to synchronize user updates into Prosper in real time through their Entra ID subscription. This means customers no longer need to manage joiners and leavers in Prosper, saving time and improving accuracy.
- Tanda – Prosper now integrates with the Australian Payroll, HR and Workforce Management platform, Tanda. Tanda users can now sync their users into Prosper in real time to save time and improve accuracy.
- SuperPath (LMS) – As we continue to grow our integration and partner eco – system, we are delighted to welcome a new LMS provider SuperPath.
Looking Ahead
These updates are just the start. Every enhancement we release comes from listening closely to our customers and working hard to deliver features that save time, increase visibility, and empower people leaders.
As we move through 2025, you can expect even more innovation — from smarter AI-driven insights to deeper integrations across your HR stack.
At Prosper, our mission remains the same: to help you drive performance, engagement, and development in one simple, powerful platform.
