How to automate your surveys
We want to ensure that your experience with Prosper EX remains seamless and efficient. This guide shows you how to automate your surveys, the primary function is to automate all your onboarding and exit surveys so once set up you can let the data flow.
Step 1: click surveys & happiness in the menu then click either ‘choose a ready-made’ or ‘build your own’ survey.
Step 2: Once a survey has been selected or built, click ‘automation settings’.
Step 3: The automations settings modal will appear. select preferred days, this can be added by selecting the drop down values or freely type, and relative to after employment start date or before employee end date settings, then click save.
Note: If the day number selected falls on a weekend it will default to the nearest working day.
Note: Make sure your employees set to receive the automated survey have the start date in their profile. To check this go to ‘People & Skills finder’ select the employee, view profile, click ‘edit profile’ and check the company start date or end date fields are populated.
Step 4: The new automated survey can be seen in the ‘Active’ section within your ‘Surveys & Happiness’ menu item, labelled as ‘automated.
The ability to edit the automation settings for any survey can be done by selecting the automation icon, this will provide access to the automation settings modal.
