How the Franchise / Business Unit function works
The Business Unit function gives you the ability to run multiple business units, countries or brands through one platform.
This guide shows you how the franchise / business unit set up works for different levels of authority. Who has access to what data.
Access with different levels of Authority
If you are set up with Admin authority, you will have access to all business units within your organisation, the business unit field should be empty. To check this click on your profile and edit.
If you are set up with Manager authority, you will have access to all data within your specified business unit.
As a Manager, if you have a team or location identified, you will only have access related to that team / location within the specified business unit
