User Guide: My Goals – How to Manage Goals in Performance

My Goals is a tool for Managers to monitor the goals and actions necessary for their team members to be successful in their current role, during regular 1-to-1s.

1. Navigate to Performance and select a member

2. Select My Goals and +New Goal

3. Populate goal title, due date, status, comments and Save

4. To add another goal, repeat Step 3

5. To review a history of Completed Goals with key dates, scroll down

6. Comments icon will appear blue when a comment has been left by an Employee or Manager

7. Once a goal is complete, select Completed

8. Goal will now appear in Completed Goals with key dates
