Our story
Prosper started with a simple belief: when you invest in your people, everything else follows. Better engagement. Lower turnover. Stronger culture. A team that genuinely wants to show up every day.
We founded Prosper because we knew that the teams who serve your customers, run your venues, and keep your operations moving deserve the same quality of tools, communication and recognition as anyone else in the business. Not a watered-down version. Not an afterthought. The real thing — designed around how they actually work.
Today, Prosper powers employee experience for organisations across hospitality, leisure, retail, early education, facilities and more. Our platform brings together surveys, communications, onboarding, performance, recognition and chat in one mobile-first app that every team member can access from day one.
Based on the Gold Coast, Queensland, we are proudly Australian-built with data hosted on Microsoft Azure in Australia. We work alongside our clients every step of the way — because building a great workplace is a journey, and we are in it with you.
